I am native of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, Star Wars fan and technology geek at heart. I am a Media Communications graduate from Full Sail University. I also studied Computer Science in Puerto Rico and went to work various firms.
In 2006, I decided to break new grounds and moved to the Central Florida area. I have worked mainly in development positions and in I transitioned to client services rolls when working and later owning Computer Place Repairs.
In 2013, I arrived at FLVS to work for the Client Services department for the sub department of Course Services. Here I collaborated with various departments to implement version control across the product development cycle.
The experience during the program helped me greatly when working with content at FLVS. When I was close to graduation I had a change in heart, I decided to pursue a Master degree to Business Intelligence. My passion of coding and developing applications have evolved into learning how the whole business side works.
I am also dedicated husband and parent of three. I am a graduate from MS Business Intelligence and BS Media Communication at Full Sail. These degrees and experience will allow me to help my current employer to provide the best customer service our students deserved. In my spare time, I like going to the movies with my kids and binge watch Star Wars movies.
