Profile

Two decades across IT and software delivery, with deep work in Agile team leadership, web and CMS platforms, ITIL service management, and business intelligence.

I lead cross-functional engineering teams, own the delivery process behind web platforms, and run the large-scale migrations that move content between them. I hold a Bachelor's in Media Communications and a Master's in Business Intelligence from Full Sail University. That combination means I can lead the build, shape what sits on top of it, and then show the numbers that say whether it worked.
